During that same period we have planned and executed government relations strategies that have resulted in nearly $300 million in project authorizations for our clients. That record includes:

• Over $180 million in appropriations for water and sanitation projects since 1991;
• Conceiving, drafting and passing the legislation that authorized the Bureau of Reclamation's Title XVI water recycling program;
• Enlarging the same authorization to include five new projects;
• Over $26 million in EPA Special Needs Grant appropriations for water system improvements in the last three years alone.
